Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ARI Scout, a product powered by Anthology Realty Intelligence™ and provided by Anthology Solutions Inc.
Authorized use
ARI Scout is an invitation-only service. You must provide accurate account information, protect your access credentials, and use the service only for lawful real-estate and business purposes.
Information, not professional advice
ARI Scout organizes information and supports professional judgment. It does not replace legal, tax, financial, appraisal, inspection, lending, or other licensed advice. Property and market information should be independently verified before a decision is made.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for information you submit, the decisions you make using the service, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, professional duties, brokerage requirements, and third-party agreements.
Intellectual property
ARI Scout, Anthology Realty Intelligence™, related branding, software, and service content are owned by Anthology Solutions Inc. or its licensors. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Service availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service. We work to provide a dependable experience but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of third-party information will be complete or error-free.
Account suspension
We may restrict or terminate access when an invitation or workspace membership ends, when these terms are violated, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
