Data Controls
Effective August 26, 2026
ARI Scout is designed so identity, workspace access, client information, and AI-assisted output remain subject to clear boundaries and human control.
Invitation-only access
A verified Google identity or secure email link is not enough by itself. A user must also have an active membership in an authorized ARI Scout workspace before application data can be accessed.
Tenant separation
Client, property, market, task, and activity records are associated with a specific organization. Database policies restrict authenticated users to data belonging to an active workspace membership.
Profile controls
Users can review and update professional profile details shown inside their workspace. Authentication email addresses are managed through the selected sign-in provider.
Client data
Professionals decide what client and property information to enter. ARI Scout should not be used to store passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive records.
Human review
ARI Scout may organize information or assist with summaries and recommendations, but licensed professionals remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, verifying sources, and applying professional judgment before communicating or acting.
Requests and deletion
For access, correction, export, or deletion questions, contact rish@ariscout.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification, applicable law, brokerage obligations, and necessary record-retention requirements.
