This policy explains how Anthology Solutions Inc. collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use ARI Scout and its Anthology Realty Intelligence™ services.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email address, information you choose to provide about real-estate goals and properties, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide property and market intelligence, support real-estate journey workflows, maintain service security, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations.
Google account information
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic identity information such as your name, email address, and profile image. ARI Scout uses this information only to authenticate your account and connect it to an authorized ARI Scout workspace. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or calendar.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure and technology providers that process it on our behalf, including authentication, hosting, database, and security providers, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, subject to legal and operational requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and necessary record-retention obligations.
